The modern double room we booked was in a well-located, safe area.

In general I can recommend this hotel. Good location and reasonable price. Friendly staff. Enough space in the rooms. Tasty breakfasts . For Russian travelers: Russian-speaking travel company has its office on the ground floor. Open 24h.

Air conditioning in the rooms works poorly and needs adjustment or replacement. It is hot in the corridors. On the day when hotel was overloaded with tourist groups some people had to wait for breakfast.

Really good experience, reasonable base for one night. Fairly clean place with courtyard views and very nice helpful and attentive staff. Particularly good and excellent location - really close to Uber/public transport, and multiple mexican restaurants...

The breakfast options here are both delicious and varied, making for a cozy morning experience.

The Mexican Cantina downstairs serves exceptionally good food- not the cheapest in town but well worth the few extra pesos. The included breakfast was also excellent and the rooms were comfortable and generously sized.

Would appreciated a better city map or guide available from the Concierge- a free one available at the tourist information centres would suffice- Mexico city can be a little disorienting at times!

Location good, near cultural centre. Had a small swimming pool.

Reception insisted on a credit card swipe and on our second day informed me the bank didn't agree total amount so wanted full payment in cash or second credit card. I was unclear as to what money had been taken. When I returned from getting cash they had increased the amount they wanted and I was told this was to do with the exchange rate of who we booked through originally on the internet. I would not use this hotel again.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of hot options, and the location is superb, just a short walk from Torre Latinoamericana Skyscraper.

I booked this hotel because off the swimming pool to relax after visiting the city. Don''t to this because the swimming pool is very small. The hotel is 5 starts but has not the outlook of a 5 star hotel. It's fine and okay but not more then that.

Disappointed about the swimming pool and the terras at the roof. Restaurant is a little bit old fashioned.

This venue is amazing with a central location close to many tourist attractions, very clean rooms, and helpful staff offering excellent luggage storage services.

HCB has a very seventie feel to it in terms of decor, uniform and even guest, a lot of which are package tours from Eastern Europe. But the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly. the hotel bar is very good value and the barman makes a mean margarita. you get a lot for your money

the gym equipment was mostly broken, which was a shame

Had a great time during my holiday here in Mexico 🌞. the room had a fantastic view of the monument to the revolution, and all the facilities worked perfectly for me.
